Thank you for supporting independent publishing. Because Bruja Magazine prints in small, artisanal batches and many items are made to order, our shipping timelines are different from mass produced magazines. This policy explains how your order is processed and when you can expect delivery.

1. PRINT MAGAZINES

Our print issues are produced on demand through a professional printer and shipped to our studio for inspection before being mailed to you. This process ensures quality control and protects your order from printing defects.

7 to 14 business days
This transit window varies based on carrier volume, holidays, and location.

Handling and Preparation

1 to 2 business days
Each print issue is inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment to its final destination.

Shipping from Bruja Magazine to You (Outbound Shipping)

We offer three shipping tiers at checkout:

Priority Delivery ($8)
2 to 4 business days

Express Delivery ($25)

Why checkout shipping fees look higher

Shipping fees displayed at checkout automatically include our handling fee, which covers packaging materials, inspection time, and labor for preparing print issues. This is standard practice for small batch publishers and ensures your magazine arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

2. DIGITAL MAGAZINES

Digital issues are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
There are no shipping fees for digital products.

If you do not see your file, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. APPAREL AND MERCHANDISE

Apparel and select home goods are made to order through our fulfillment partners and ship directly to you.

2 to 7 business days

Varies by location and is calculated at checkout.

Because these items are custom printed, all sales are final unless damaged or misprinted.
Estimated transit times do not include production time.

4. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If your order includes both print magazines and apparel or merchandise, items may ship separately.
Each item will have its own tracking number when applicable.

5. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive tracking information once your print magazine has been mailed from our studio or once your made to order items ship from our fulfillment partner.

6. DELAYS

Holiday volume, carrier delays, customs processing, and printer backlog may extend shipping estimates.

Bruja Magazine is not responsible for delays caused by:
carriers
weather
printer congestion
incorrect shipping information

We recommend ordering early during high volume seasons.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office first.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
